Do you think that he could know i like him?

well there is this guy at school that i like...ive never talked to him in my life and i have no cles with him. the only thing is that we are both on the track team. for some reason, i cant get myself to talk to him or even look him in the face. but i always look from afar or when i think he isn't paying attention. well, a couple times i KNOW he caught me looking--or staring (even like when we p and i look back at him he caught me looking). recently it seems like (or maybe im paranoid) hes been coming and standing near/noticing me. do you think this could be because he knows now?? the idea that he could know makes me self conscious and is scary and makes it even harder to even think about talking to him. what should i do? he probably thinks im a stalker!
