Who has the worlds strongest military?

I would like to see what peoples input are.. Many people say china because of shear numbers they have and india. Sadly I feel that these people have extremely low IQ's and have no idea what goes in on the world... AFTERALL something like the US's 28,000 troops were able to fend off over 1,000,000 chinese troops PLUS a large amount of North Koreas troops.
