Bibliography: Is this a primary or secondary source?

I watched a doentary (Hero for Daisy- about gender equity in sports) and need to cite it on either my primary or secondary sources bib for a history project.Thing is, it was made in 1999 and included current ideas about gender equity, but also constantly referred back to the 1960s and 70s by interviewing athletes with first hand experience with the topic. Which bibliography should it go on? Also, please list a source if possible and let me know if I need to clarify.
