In what other country can an immigrant of any race cross the border and get work off the books,?

can go to any emergency room and be treated, if commiting a crime can get the same rights and protection with an interpetor paid for by the tax payers, they can practice any religion they feel fit, where besides America can they do all this, because in a socialism country if you are not legal you will not get no government support, and there are no jobs for them like in America the capitalist country.How can they flourish in a socialist system and is the real reason they come to America because it is a country where they can succedd if they want to work hard?
