Good Every Day Carry knife?

I'm not looking for a Swiss Army Knife or anything, but I want a medium sized spring isted folding knife for under $40. I've been looking at the Kershaw Ken Onion Leek (serrated) and the Gerber FAST Draw (also serrated), but am open to any and all suggestions. Does anyone have any advice or recommendations?
