Can I feed my corn snake a live mouse just once?

My snake is 1.5 years old and has been eating frozen feeders its whole life. my friend's mice had babies and they are all full grown now. she has too many and wants me to feed a couple to my snake. if i give it live mice for one or two feedings, will it go back to frozen mice the next feeding?
