Why do Women dress y and seductive and then cry ual harrment when Men take notice of how they look?

If women dress well it is for themselves and the men they are interested in. It is not your right to cross the line and disrespect a person, despite your attraction to them. It is selfish to act on your impulses and desires at the expense of somebody else's comfort.
