Some questions about my Firebird?

Well I've had my Firebird a few years now and there are some things I just can't put my finger on. Like the alternator is marked 1995 Firebird and so is the radio. The radio is an aftermarket Sony Xplod but I was wondering why they were marked. It is a '95 so the question isn't about that. Perhaps the most questionable is the center console, I took it all apart one day and it was marked April 6 1993, now that's 2 years before it was made so I'm just wondering. The carfax report is clean so no wreck or anything like that. Oh and I was born April 6 1993, so I just thought that was interesting. Thanks for the help
