What is your general opinion on Jeff Hardy + SPW Thunder?

My feeling of Jeff is mixed in a way. He isn't a favorite of mine, but people pick on him a little too much. I bet they were fans of Jeff when he first came to WWE, but like hypocrites, they say Jeff is just a spot monkey. I do think Jeff could improve while he is taking this break, but otherwise, I don't care for Jeff much.
