I need your help so so bad?

i am posting this because last 2 times i posted only 1 answer was left.3 days ago i went to dentist and had 1 tooth pulled(top 3rd over)went to bed that same night tooth hurt really bad,but blood clot was in place,woke up next morning still in alot of pain,looked in mirror and when i opened my mouth i could see my blood clot sitting almost even with my other teeth,still today(day 3)the clot is in same place,and it burns and is very sore and my gum is swollen,and if i touch anyplace close to the area with my tounge,something nasty tasting comes out,kinda taste salty but like the medicine used for numbing maybe,my questions are does it sound like i have a gum infection?and why would the clot be down so low,i cant put my teeth together because i can feel the clot and it hurts,i called the dentist office but the receptionist just blew me off.i am still hurting so bad and the clot is really bothering me,im scared,very worried i have no money and no insurance.is it normal for the clot to be in plain view site with my head staraight when i look in the mirrior?please somebody help me if you can.
