Hi, Does anyone know if there is any creams or whiteners that will fade my birthmark or cover it up?

I have this big Cafe du lait Birthmark on my leg and i have had Lazer Treatment and tried a Fading cream to get rid of it but it hasn't worked? its really frustrating an i am so embared when it comes to wearing a Dress i hate it so much! can anyone help me?
