Half.com problem never recieved a book?

Ok so I ordered a book on half.com and it never came. so i waited the amount of time that i had to wait before trying to contact the seller and he never responded. I later filed a claim and never heard from the company and my email verifying the claim mysteriously disappeared. Does anyone have any advice on what to do? Cause I just got ripped off
